Adults and children with a new illness or a minor injury who don’t want to wait days for an appointment, or sit in an emergency-room waiting room for something that isn’t an emergency. Current Allied patients and new patients are both welcome.

Call 1-800-933-2076, or request a visit online, choose “Sick or hurt” and pick the office closest to you. Our front desk calls you back to confirm a time. Offices are open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
When to call 911 instead
Same-day visits are for minor illnesses and injuries. If you think it’s a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Allied offers same-day appointments for illnesses and minor injuries. Call 1-800-933-2076 or request a visit online, and the front desk will find you the soonest time at the office you choose.
Do I need to be an Allied patient already?
No. All four Allied offices are accepting new patients. Tell us you’d like to be seen soon when you call or request a visit.
Why not just go to urgent care or the ER?
For minor illnesses and injuries, a same-day visit with your family practice can help you avoid a costly ER or urgent-care bill, and your provider already knows your history. For emergencies, always call 911.
Do you take my insurance for sick visits?
