Allied Family Health has an in-house lab and does EKGs in the office, so blood work and heart tracings can happen at the same practice where you get your care. Lab work is part of primary care at our four Southwest Florida offices.

Who it’s for
Allied patients whose provider has ordered blood work or an EKG, whether it’s for a yearly physical, a new symptom, or keeping a chronic condition such as diabetes on track.
Why an in-house lab helps
Fewer trips, and your results go to the practice that already knows your history. On-site X-rays are coming soon.
Before your lab visit
Some blood tests ask you to fast beforehand and others don’t. Ask when you book whether yours does, and bring your photo ID and insurance card.

Choose the office closest to you when you book. Every office is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

Do you have a lab on site?
Yes. Allied has an in-house lab for blood work, and does EKGs in the office. On-site X-rays are coming soon.
Do I need to fast before my blood work?
Some blood tests require fasting and others don’t. Ask the front desk or your provider when you book.
Do you do COVID-19 tests?
Yes. Allied offers simple COVID-19 tests. Call your office to book one.
